Thank you so much! The noodles I found were at Fresh Market, which is an Associated Foods store…so maybe try Albertsons, Fresh Market, or Smiths. The brand I got was A Taste Of Thai. I’ve heard you can also use fettuccine noodles, but I haven’t tried that yet.

BTW were do you find the noodles? I have looked at Harmans and Walmart neither have them, so I got some at an asian market and they stayed hard. I tried boiling and just letting them sit in water…neither worked. (the directions are another language)
