Basically it would depend on the material you have to use. I knew I couldn’t go longer than 23.5 inches because a 12×24 mat actually has a cutting size of 11.5×23.5 due to the 1/4″ each side. I believe once I had it laid out it was right about 23.5″ wide for the word STRONG and about 6″ tall. I used the height from that word to dictate the size for the other words.

As for the yellow words, I would guess BEST is about 4.5-5″ tall and the other capitol letters are set to that same height.

Yoda is no taller than 11.5″ tall because I used a 12×12 sheet of paper to make him.

Can you tell me again, how big did you make the white words, the Yoda and yellow words? I have a 12×12 mat. Do you remember the height and width? I have read your description so many times I’ve confused myself.

In reply to Ruth. I'm sorry we don't. We purchased it from Etsy, Cricut now has some Star Wars images in Design Space so you may be able to find what you're looking for there if you're using a Cricut :)
