I’m sure by then he will not want a brother in his room. Sleeping room with separate personal space, You know personal stuff, laundry, clothes will end up in all three rooms. Bunk bed #6, is cute and would be a good fix for now, later when R is older, the little ones will have room for friends and cousins to sleep over.

You may make this arrangement work for a bit, but trust me, I would keep the older one separate.
