So I had a recipe for these…and then I lost it…so I kind of made this up…I think it’s pretty similar and they taste SUPER good! ๐
Ingredients:
1 box white cake mix
3 egg whites
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup macadamia nuts chopped
6 oz white chocolate chopped or white chocolate chips
cream cheese frosting
shredded coconut for topping

Preheat oven to 350°. In bowl mix cake mix, egg whites and oil. Add nuts and white chocolate. Roll into 1 inch balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten slightly with back of spoon. Bake for 7-10 mins. Cool on wire rack.

Mmmmm. I wish my kids appreciated coconut as much as I do.
