Once a month, we have group of friends that get together. We used to call it Card Swap because we’d make cards and exchange them. We all sort of got overwhelmed with how many cards we had (12 cards x 12 months x 3 years = A LOT of cards!) so we decided to do a Girls’ Night instead. Each host gets to pick a theme and we get together and share! In January we did crock pot meals (delicious!) and February we did our favorite Pinterest finds (SO many cute things!) and this month we are sharing our favorite GREEN anything in honor of St. Patrick’s Day!
Basically you just follow my recipe for Red Velvet Cupcakes and replace the red food coloring for green. I use McCormick’s food coloring because it works awesome! These come out more of a moss green, but I loved them! 🙂 For these I used a basic cream cheese frosting with some fun green sprinkles. Enjoy!
I love the picture of Hudson waiting SO patiently for it to be time to EAT the cupcakes! 🙂 A little behind the scenes of what’s going on just outside the frame of the picture!
