After having the new baby, it’s been definitely an adjustment getting back into the swing of things. But I’m super excited to share this yummy recipe with you for S’mores Monkey Bread!
This was a fun and easy recipe to put together and would be perfect for a tasty dessert or a sweet breakfast treat!
S’mores Monkey Bread
2-10ct cans of homestyle biscuits
5 graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 cup marshmallow creme, melted
chocolate syrup for drizzling
Preheat your oven to the advised temperature on the biscuit can. Crush your graham crackers, then put in a ziplock bag with the sugar. Shake bag to mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar together. Cut your biscuits into quarters. Place the quartered biscuits into the graham cracker crumb sugar mixture and shake until biscuit quarters are lightly covered. Brush melted butter onto your bundt pan. Place coated biscuits in bundt pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until done.
Once baked, let cool in the pan for a few minutes and then turn out on to a plate. While still hot, spread marshmallow creme on top. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Serve while warm.
My family devoured this! Seriously the kids wanted me to make another one immediately! Feel free to add more marshmallow creme and chocolate syrup for a sweeter taste! Enjoy!
