Spring Mantel - free printables - Creative Housewives

Oh I am ready for spring! I keep trying to tell myself that snow in mid April is a-OK, we need the moisture and it’s not summer yet… but ugh!, those wonderful days of mid 60’s – low 70’s have me excited for some real spring weather, I am not ready for 90’s and 100’s but even mid 50’s would be lovely.

I am excited for the opportunity to share my Spring Mantel with you today. The lovely Aly from Entirely Eventful Day invited the Housewives to join in on using her free Spring Fever printable and sharing it with our readers.

I knew I needed to get my mantel decorated for the spring and this was just the kick in the pants I needed to get it done. I knew I wanted another fun banner so I headed over to pinterest and started looking around.

This spring banner is another free printable, this one comes from At Second Street. I love the green and pink. The awesome thing is that it prints out on just 3 pieces of paper. I printed it out on card stock and then cut out each piece. I ran some white ribbon through each banner piece and then tied a whole bunch of different ribbons to the white ribbon to dress it up a little bit. I am still trying to decide if I need to add some blue to the mix but for now I am happy with it.

This adorable little bicycle printable again comes from Aly, she shared them over at A little tipsy. There are 4 different printables that all coordinate with each other, 4 different colors and bicycles. I love the little fun it adds.

The last free printable is from over at Paper Coterie. I picked the *Hello Sunshine* on white but there are 3 different printables that all coordinate and there are 3 different backgrounds for each one to choose between. I printed out a new family picture from our Easter pictures and put it in a frame to help balance out each end of the mantel.

Once again I am needing something for that area under the TV but at least it’s a start and I am loving it.
