Next you will pour out some glitter onto a sheet of paper then just dip your star into the glitter and shake off any extra. After you will want to spray the star with a sealer so the glitter doesn’t come off. You will definitely want to do this outside because this sealer is VERY strong!
Now you are ready to tie your ribbon around your dowel. I used a fun sparkly red tulle. I love tulle and I’m pretty sure I own every color they make. There are so many fun things you can do with it!
