Carrot Cake Pancakes

2 cups Krusteaz Pancake Mix
1 2/3 cups water
1/2 cup finely shredded baby carrots
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
pinch ground cloves
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Directions:
Heat griddle on medium heat. Mix pancake mix, water, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves together until well combined. Stir in carrots and raisins. Cook pancakes on one side until it bubbles, flip and cook until cooked through. Serve with heated cream cheese frosting or regular syrup. Enjoy!
