On Monday I got to be a guest on Fox’s The Place! I had such a great time sharing these delicious Chocolate Strawberry Surprise cupcakes, and now I get to share them with all of you!
For the chocolate cupcake, I used our yummy Spicy Chocolate Cupcake Recipe found here. You will also need 18-24 small strawberries. After the cupcakes were baked and cooled, I rinsed, dried and hulled the strawberries. I cut some of the center out of the cupcake and pressed a strawberry in. After that, top with our strawberry frosting!
Strawberry Frosting
1 cup butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons whipping cream
2 teaspoons strawberry flavoring
1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
Chocolate syrup for drizzle
3-5 strawberries for topping cupcake (optional)
