Last night was Card Swap (WOOT! WOOT!) Even though sometimes I am the queen of procrastination and wait until the last minute to get my cards done I look forward to card swap every month.
This month at the last minute I had a conflict, my oldest daughter had her last basketball game of the season that was at the exact same time as card swap. I’m telling you this because I wasn’t there for the actual card swapping so I don’t know who made which cards. I’m so excited about them all though so I am sharing them anyway!!
I’m so lucky to have such a talented group of friends. They make me so happy.
There was no theme again this month so we have a wonderful variety of cards.
(This one I made so I can tell you that. I’ll have a quick explanation of what I did for you tomorrow)
(Angela made this cute present card. The top tab on the front opens up so you can put cash or a gift card inside)
(Paula made this card and I love it! Damask may be my favorite thing and I love the bright bright colors.)
(I’m not sure who made this one but could it be any cuter? I love it and have someone in mind already to send it to.)
(Another one I don’t know who made but I love the simplicity of this wedding card. So pretty.)
(I love this thank you card. Black/White/Turquoise….dreamy!)
(Nikki decorated this cute bag. This is completely ready to be given, just add a little gift inside. So cute.)
(Marianne is going strong with her washi-tape. I love how she used it to make the sweet little banner across the top of the card.)
(Lisa also made/decorated a gift bag and included a little card/tag with it. I love it, she’s going to share with us how she did it.)
(I love this *make your own* card. Amanda created a beautiful card and then included 3 different words/phrases so we can use the card for whatever we need it for. So perfect!)
(I love this cute little tag. Who wouldn’t love to get this little goody on St. Patrick’s day? I’m going to be emailing Kelly to see if she can help me create one for each of my kiddos!!)
Poor Gena was home sick so I’ll have her card to share next month.
I hope you love these cards as much as I do and I hope you’ll share with us the cards/tags/bags you make!
Have a wonderful day.

WOW! This is a really cool idea for a monthly friend swap, I would love to set something like this up with my friends ๐
Thanks Meg. You should! We really do love it, it’s so much fun. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask ๐
Let us know if you set one up. If you click on the “cards” label at the bottom there you can see some of our past months. It may help to have ideas when you approach friends so they can see what you’re talking about!
Have a great day!
