I love it when I find a recipe that’s so easy to put together, takes minimal time to make and tastes delicious! I definitely found that in this Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken recipe. I was a little apprehensive about the mixture of garlic and brown sugar, but it turned out so great!
Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken
4 Chicken breasts
4 tablespoons olive oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup brown sugar
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease 9×13 pan, place chicken in the pan. Saute garlic in olive oil for 2-3 mins over medium heat. Remove from heat, add brown sugar and combined. Spread mixture over chicken and bake for 25-35 minutes until cooked through. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
All my kids loved this recipe, the flavor of the garlic actually goes really well with the brown sugar and even though it has sweet taste, it’s not too sweet. The chicken was perfectly tender and juicy. This is perfect for a busy night dinner and sure to please the whole family!
