Today I got to be on KUTV 2 and share some fun crafts and games for St. Patrick’s Day. We keep St. Patrick’s Day pretty low key around here, so this Roll A Leprechaun game is an easy way to have fun without making yourself crazy! All you need to play this game is some paper, crayons, and a set of dice.
I first found this Or So She Says… The rules are simple, each person rolls and the number they roll is what they draw for their leprechaun. For example, roll a 2 and you get to draw the head of your leprechaun. Roll a 7 and you have to draw part of someone else’s leprechaun! The first person to roll all the numbers and complete their drawing of a leprechaun wins! It’s fun for the whole family to play!
Another fun and easy game is a Shamrock hunt. Cut out or buy some shamrocks and hide them all over the house. On each shamrock write a small prize for finding it. It can be anything you want from a dollar amount to a candy bar to staying up 30 minutes past bedtime. You can hide a few each day of the week up to St. Patrick’s Day to keep the fun going!
