1 1/4 cups Ranch dressing
1 1/2 cup fine Italian bread crumbs
1 packet dry Italian Dressing
2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Put your ranch dressing in one shallow dish and in another shallow dish, mix your bread crumbs, dry Italian Dressing and Parmesan cheese.
I used my cookie sheet and put two metal racks on it to keep the bottom of the chops from getting soggy. A broiler pan would probably work also.
Dip your chops in the ranch dressing making sure both sides and all edges are covered. Shake off any dripping ranch.
Coat chops in the bread crumb mixture and place on racks on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 35-45 minutes until done through (at least 170°F).
Serve with your favorite sides…we chose mashed potatoes and green beans. ๐ Enjoy!
