My kids are off track from school right now. When they are off it seems like they are always hungry! I really try to stock up on fruits and vegetables at this time so at least when they are asking to eat every 5 minutes it can be healthy. Sadly though sometimes they don’t always want “healthy” and they want a treat or something sweet so I decided I would be the nice and let them have some sugar. I decided these Leprechaun Sherbet Floats would be a perfect sweet treat!
1 carton of Lime Sherbet
1 liter of Sprite or 7 up
can of spray whipped cream
green sprinkles
I decided these Leprechaun sherbet floats would be fun to make with them and yes there isn’t anything difficult when making these floats. It takes 2 ingredients Lime Sherbet and Sprite see I told you they were easy. I added whipped cream and green sprinkles and you would have thought I had invented electricity or something they were so excited. My kids love to go to those drink places like Swig and Fizz and order the specialty drinks with whipped cream and some kind of gummy candy hanging out of the cup so I thought it would be fun to add the whipped cream and sprinkles. I don’t think there was one drop left in their glass they devoured them. If your family eats a “green” dinner on St. Patrcik’s Day these Leprechaun sherbet floats would be the perfect green dessert to serve and I promise your kids will thank you!
