I told you a while back about how every year we have the children act out the story of Christ’s birth.
Typically we do this on Christmas Eve but this year since we were going to be out of town we had them do it at the family Christmas party.
It was so great to see the kids take it so seriously this year. They’re all getting a little bit older and each year understand a little bit more about the reason behind what they are doing. They love to listen to their Grandpa tell them the story and to wait and hear about when it is their part of the story.
If you’re interested in creating this tradition in your own home/family.
This is the costume set the family has that the kids use each year.
