Party with Yarn!!
I love being challenged to think outside the box. On Monday my latest Studio 5 segment will air and it’s all about throwing a Party with Yarn as the main decoration medium.
In upcoming posts I will be sharing exactly how I created each of different decorations:
Yarn Chandelier
Yarn Tassles/Bunting
Yarn Orbs
Yarn Puff Balls
Yarn wrapped buckets & jars
I picked the color combination of black, grey, and a variety of pinks. The awesome thing about a party with yarn is that everything is made so sturdy that you can easily use it again and again. Everything I made for my party with yarn will be used again in my daughters bedroom. I can’t wait to get everything put in their bedroom, I think it’ll all look so cute.
The other great thing about a party with yarn is how inexpensive the supplies are. I got my yarn on sale for $3.66 a skein (normally $3.99 so not bad at full price either) and I have so much left over I’ll be able to make many other projects too!
I hope you’ll tune into Studio 5 on Monday (4/13/15) at 11am mst to see my segment and then come back here to see the tutorials on how I made all of these fun projects. Have a wonderful weekend!
