I found this recipe on Pinterest from Little Fellows and it looked amazing! My family loved it so much that I shared it at our GNO crock pot meal night and everyone there loved it too! It prepares quickly and you’ll get to smell the deliciousness in your house while it simmers in the crock pot!
Tortellini Soup
(Adapted from Little Fellows)
16 oz cheese tortellini
12 oz (1 1/2 blocks) cream cheese, softened
1 lb bacon, fried and chopped
2 can italian diced tomatoes
4 cups chicken broth
9 oz spinach or kale, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Turn crock pot on high, add chicken broth and cream cheese. Let heat for about 30 mins and whisk to break up cream cheese. Turn to low and add rest of ingredients. Cook on low for 3-4 hours, taking the top off the crock pot for the last 20 mins to help thicken.
This recipe has tons of delicious flavor and your family will love it! Enjoy!
