I just had to share this recipe from Six Sisters’ Stuff! We are not normally pork chop eaters in our house. Nate and I don’t typically love them as I think they are normally quite dry but I always want to try making them. When I saw this recipe I was excited to try it and I am so glad I did, we all loved it, even all of my little monkeys! I have enjoyed making some new recipes this month and I’m happy to report so far so good, I’m 3 for 3 being complete successes!
Thanks Six Sisters for sharing your wonderful family friendly recipes!
You can find the recipe here. It was amazing. The kids thought I was SO fancy grilling the pineapple rings. Sometimes it is the little things that makes everyone smile!
In other news IT’S Tuesday! I am excited and scared by this busy week. I don’t want to count how much we have going on as it is a bit overwhelming BUT at the end of this week I get to see a big chunk of my wonderful family and I can’t wait for that. Even better is the reason they’ll be here. Paula and her family are being sealed in the temple. I can’t even begin to tell you how happy I am for them. We get to spend the day on Saturday at the Temple with their family and on Sunday in sacrament their new little one will be blessed. What a wonderful/exciting/happy weekend we have to look forward to!
