This month has been insane.
When I think of all that has been crammed in the last 31 days I think I need to nap…for like a month.
It has also been amazing.
I was able to see my sweet girls perform their jazz routines and both placed first.
I was able to go through the temple with my youngest brother and his wife and see their sweet family sealed for eternity..
Nate’s youngest brother was married which was a most ideal way to finish off the month.
Nate and I were able to take the kids and just the 9 of us escaped to Disneyland for a few days, it was a little slice of Heaven.
My youngest boy graduated preschool.
We were able to spend lots of time with family, especially my mom and that doesn’t happen nearly enough.
The little boys played their little hearts out on the soccer field and it has just become more and more fun to watch them grow in that sport.
There were a few downers…
An asthma diagnosis
kindergarten & middle school shots
dreaded sinus infections
For the most part May was busy but amazing.
Tomorrow we’ll head off to the soccer fields for the final games of the season. We’ll follow that up with extra dance classes in preparation for the big Alice performance and a couple of birthday parties.
The month has been so busy the blog has been a bit neglected. Hopefully we’ll get that changed.
I have a little something to share today. Last month was General Conference, the first of my 2 favorite weekends of the year. General Conference in April makes Visiting Teaching in May all the more fun. I get to go through the talks that were given and decide what *I* want to share. This time I came up with this:
There were many more A&Wesome and inspiring quotes from conference but I had to cut it off somewhere right? I forgot to snap a picture but I printed the image out 5×7 and then used a little ribbon and attached them to some A&W rootbeer, I liked the way it turned out and hopefully the little quotes will remind the readers of some of their favorite talks as well.
I’m going to leave you with a few cell phone snapped photos from the wedding today
Best looking crew on the planet!
This little peanut was sassing it up big time in Great-Great Grandma Ross’ pearls and her big yellow flower (which I made and am THRILLED with…hope to have a post soon!). She was not in a picture taking mood but she is a little doll still.
Have a wonderful weekend!!!
