9 eggs, scrambled
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup cheese, shredded
2 can crescent rolls
Directions
Preheat oven to the temperature directed on crescent roll package. Arrange crescent rolls, wide sides in the middle, overlapping to create a “sun” shape. Scramble eggs with chopped bell pepper. Spoon onto the crescent rolls, sprinkle with cheese. Fold narrow ends of crescent rolls over eggs and tuck under slightly. Bake for approximately 15-17 minutes or until crescent rolls are golden brown and baked through. Let cook slightly, cut and serve. Enjoy!
