I was lucky enough to get to review The Six Sisters new cookbook, 12 Days of Christmas with Six Sisters’ Stuff! One of the recipes that stuck out to me was the Gingerbread Waffles. As soon as I started cooking them, my kids came running in the kitchen because it “smelled like Christmas”! I knew I didn’t want just regular syrup to enjoy these delicious waffles so I decided to make a Cranberry Sweet Sauce to eat with them. The sauce turned out wonderful and complimented the waffles perfectly! My family loved this so much and they keep asking for me to make it again and again!

1 can Ocean Spray Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
In a sauce pan over medium heat, combine all ingredients. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until butter is melted and sugar is combined. Spoon over waffles and top with a dollop of whipped cream! Enjoy!
