If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a million times…I LOVE SANDWICHES! So here is yet another one. I know everyone has their own way to make a BLT, so I decided to share mine with you. 🙂 Now in my world, no BLT is complete without some avocado, which is the A in my BLTA. 🙂
Paula’s BLTA Sandwich

2 slices multi grain bread (I love Sara Lee’s Healthy Multi Grain)
2-4 slices of bacon
3 slices of tomato
1 slice of provolone cheese
1 large leaf Romaine lettuce
3 slices avocado
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
Mix mayo and mustard together, set aside. Fry bacon, drain, set aside. Toast bread lightly, spread with mayo mixture. Layer the rest of your ingredients on top of one slice of bread, top with second slice of bread. Enjoy!
