I can’t even tell you how much my family loves smoothies! It is really a staple for us. My kids will down as many smoothies as I can make, so I’m always looking for ways to try to mix it up a little. I also love to add to the smoothies to help them keep the kids fuller, longer without adding a bunch of stuff they don’t need into them. My kids love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, so I thought I’d try to give them the same taste, but in smoothie form. This Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie turned out just perfect and my kids loved it!
Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie
1 cup Dannon All Natural Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
2 tablespoons Jif™ Creamy Peanut Butter
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup blueberries, frozen
Directions
In your blender, add all your ingredients and blend until smooth. Want your smoothie a little thicker? Add a little bit of ice. If you a looking for a great blender for your smoothies, try the Oster Blend-N-Go. You can just fill, blend and go! No mess, no fuss!
Also, feel free to customize the smoothie to your family’s tastes. If you aren’t blueberry fans, try raspberries, strawberries, or bananas! We love using Jif™ Creamy Peanut Butter because not only is it delicious but it’s also gluten free, non-GMO, and has 7g of protein! Dannon All Natural Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt pairs perfectly with this smoothie because it’s made with only natural ingredients and helps add a light, delicious flavor to your smoothies!
So hurry and make this for your kids! If you’re lucky they might even let you steal a few sips!
