Super Easy Cinnamon Rolls

I LOVE making homemade Cinnamon Rolls and I LOVE my recipe for them. While they aren’t difficult to make, the dough itself takes a bit of time. Sometimes I want cinnamon rolls and I want them FAST! 🙂 So I put together this quick and easy recipe!

You are going to need two cans of crescent rolls. Make sure they aren’t the extra buttery kind. Roll them out on your cookie sheet or stone.

Next you are going to melt about 4 tablespoons of butter. Using a pastry brush, top the unroll crescent rolls with butter.

Next take 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg and mix them all together. Using a spoon, layer the brown sugar mixture on each crescent roll.

I use the back of the spoon to press the mixture down a little. After that you are going to roll each crescent starting at the wide end. Some of the mixture will fall out and that’s okay!

After that I brush the tops of the crescents with butter and sprinkle some of the left over brown sugar mixture on top.

You are going to bake them at the temperature stated on the roll cans. They usually say to bake for 11-13 mins. I’ve found that I need to go a few minutes over that to make sure they are completely baked.

So there you have it! They will get gobbled up in a flash! Enjoy!
